We are able to assist with the processing of South African Police Clearance Certificates, whether you are in South Africa or living overseas . SAP clearance certificates normally take +/- 15-20 working days and if you require the police clearance to be authenticated or apostilled from Foreign Affairs(DIRCO) it will take a further +/- 2 working days.
We will require you to send us:
- Your fingerprints
- copy of your ID or passport.
- the country that the PCC will be used in
We submit the applications in person at the SAPS on a daily basis, follow-up to ensure that the application gets registered on the SAPS system, and collect it on completion. We will then send you a scanned copy so that you can ensure that all the details on the PCC are correct before we send it back to you via courier.
We will also keep you informed every step of the process.
If you live overseas:
You can go to your nearest SA embassy for the fingerprints and copy of your ID. Or in countries such as Australia and New Zealand – you can go to your nearest police station for the fingerprints.
Costs and processing time:
We offer the most reliable and reasonable police clearance service. The time it takes and costs depends on the process that the certificate has follow once we collect it at the Criminal Record Section at the SAPS as well as the courier to return the documents to you.
